2024 Excellence Awards

Purpose
Excellence is the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. It is continuously pursued through actions of integrity, learning, and improvement. It is the result of always striving to do better and reach one’s full potential. Delivering excellence is what makes work awesome.
The Excellence Awards recognize individuals who demonstrate an attitude of excellence through behaviors supporting and modeling AITS’s mission, vision, values, and/or strategic directions – the foundation of the organization’s ability to deliver on our promises to customers.
Eligibility
All AITS and Office of the CIO status employees in good standing are eligible to be nominated.
Nominations
The AITS Excellence Awards are open to individual nominations only. Additional nominations should be submitted separately.

Simply complete the form and click Submit. You will receive an email confirmation with the nomination.
Review and Selection
A voluntary selection team will review the nominations and engage in a selection process to identify which, if any, employees will receive an award. Final award recipients may be selected from qualifying nominations during an award period (one year). Selections will be shared with the Human Capital Strategy team, who will verify final eligibility. Incomplete nominations will not be considered by the selection team.
Recognition
Nominees may be acknowledged throughout the year and again at the Annual Business Meeting, where award winner(s) will be announced and recognized.
Privacy
Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your nomination. Your nomination will not be shared beyond the recognition program and selection team. Nominations may be shared in part or in full during the awards presentation at the AITS Annual Business Meeting and in other AITS communications. Nominator information will not be shared. If you would like your nominee to be made aware of your nomination, you may share it directly by forwarding the email confirmation message.
